Input Output - Video Strategy
I helped develop Input Output’s video strategy following its global rebrand, creating a clearer and more scalable approach to content across YouTube and X.
The strategy introduced new long-form and short-form formats designed to reposition the blockchain company, grow its audiences and establish a more consistent editorial presence.
This included creating feature length documentaries, global event content, developing news and interview formats for the brand, as well as and supporting the launch of new products and brands including Midnight, Lace and Quantum Hosky with programmatic video formats.
I also developed a repurposing model that allowed core stories to be adapted efficiently across platforms, formats and campaigns.
I also evolved Cardano 360, the existing monthly magazine programme with new strands featuring contributors from around the world, allowing Input Output to engage members of the blockchain community in a cost-effective way.
Together, these initiatives helped strengthen Input Output’s position as a thought leader in the blockchain space.
